As a Branch Vice President, you will have the opportunity to lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage offices in the North Shore: Glenbrook, Evanston, Lake Forest, Glencoe, and Highland Park. You are responsible for everything from recruiting and developing the real estate agents of the future to managing Assistant Branch Vice Presidents and driving revenue, backed by the latest technology. Your Qualifications: Proven brokerage management success, including recruiting, training and encouraging incredible teams; Ideally, 3+ years of leadership experience within residential real estate is preferred. Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years of sales experience; knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; hold active local real estate or broker’s license. Self-motivated and ambitious, aware of current technology and willing to seek out and accept new and emerging technology to drive growth!
