Registered Nurse Case Manager

w3r Consulting is looking for a Case Manager RN for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. As the primary contact for members, you will coordinate care among various healthcare professionals, assess member needs, and develop individualized care plans. Candidates should have a nursing diploma or associate degree, at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and an active RN license. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required.
