Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM Technician to prepare a complete set of drawings, develop models based on provided layouts and sketches using Revit and AutoCAD, and revise models to conform with engineering and architectural changes, ensuring all drawings are accurate.
Responsibilities

• Prepare a complete set of drawings
• Develop models using Revit and AutoCAD based on provided layouts and sketches
• Revise models to conform with engineering and architectural changes
• Ensure all drawings are accurate

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit
• Proficiency in BIM
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with Navisworks
• 3D modeling skills
• Knowledge of architecture and construction documentation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in architectural drafting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with BIM modeling

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
