Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Pediatric and Adult Care

SCHEDULE: 12hr Nights

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active RN license required at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
- Up-to-date resume including years of experience and travel experience
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- NURSYS report for license verification
- RTO must be included at time of submission
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from newborn to geriatric age groups.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Participate in departmental policies and procedures to enhance patient care delivery.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Willingness to float to partner facilities as required.
- Local candidates are accepted.
