Clinical Marketing Liaison

Location Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living Role Overview Join our team as a Clinical Liaison for our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). In this role you will collect data, coordinate admissions for referrals from inpatient and sub‑acute care settings, and collaborate with physicians, sales/admissions staff, hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planners to facilitate the admissions and transfer process. Compensation Commensurate with experience, starting at $64,000 annually. Coordinate discharge planning and care when residents transfer from acute hospital to Continuing Care or return to independent living at the Erickson Living community. Collaborate with physicians regarding anticipated discharges from facilities. Identify quality issues and participate in quality management activities, as needed, with the Administrator and/or Medical Director. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting preferred. Liaison experience or healthcare marketing background preferred. Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, sub‑acute rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
