We are seeking a dedicated Gutter Installer capable of running a small crew and delivering top-quality work. Our small company values trust, commitment, and exceptional service to contractors and clients. The ideal candidate embraces quality craftsmanship and aims to grow their career alongside our business, managing 1-3 crew members while ensuring each job is completed with care and professionalism. This role includes not only gutter installation but also occasional exterior repairs and requires effective communication, safety adherence, and time management across multiple daily job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install gutters with precision and attention to detail
- Manage and lead a crew of 1-3 installers
- Maintain quality control on all work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
- Ensure safety compliance on job sites
- Perform other exterior repairs as needed (10-30% of work)
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Manage time efficiently to handle variable schedules and multiple sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in gutter installation
- Leadership experience in crew management
- Skills in exterior home repair
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management and quality control abilities
- Understanding of safety compliance standards
