This full-time contract opportunity is based in a supportive elementary school environment, where you’ll work alongside a skilled team to deliver essential speech and language services. With a manageable caseload of 40-45 students—shared with another dedicated SLP—you’ll have the resources and collaboration you need for meaningful student outcomes.

As an integral member of the school’s special services department, you’ll conduct timely evaluations, craft detailed reports, attend IEP meetings, and provide both individualized and small group interventions. The schedule runs from 8:00 am to 2:40 pm, totaling 32.5–35 hours per week, offering both structure and ample time to make a difference.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency conducting assessments, writing evaluations, and collaborating on IEP teams
• Comfort offering direct therapy to students 1:1 and in group settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for elementary learners

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload in collaboration with another SLP
• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Create individualized therapy plans and provide services aligned with students’ IEPs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and parent conferences
• Keep thoughtful documentation of services and progress
