Seeking an enthusiastic person to assist Optometrists to fulfill visual needs of patients in a private Optometry practice setting. Good customer service and listening skills a must.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Answering the phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Vision and medical insurance verification and breakdown of benefits
- Pre-testing the patients
- EHR/EMR data entry
- Contact lens insertion/removal training
- Contact lens ordering/dispensing
We are looking for someone with an attention to detail and passionate about educating patients Must be a team player to a warm, welcoming, and fun private practice setting.
