Benefits Competitive Compensation - The target compensation for this position is $62,704 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $24.61, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour workweek. Responsibilities Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership experience: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to operate a motor vehicle; valid, unrestricted US driver’s license, and if under 21 must complete GDL. Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
