Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The Systems Administratoris expected to be able to accomplish the following: Monitors andmanagessystem resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times tomaintainoperating efficiency. Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts. Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts,maintainingsystem documentation, tuning system performance, installing system widesoftwareandallocatingmass storage space. Interactswith users andevaluatesvendor products. Makes recommendations topurchasehardware and software, coordinates installation andprovidesbackup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. May be assigned responsibility for less experienced staff. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ActiveTS/SCI + CI Poly clearance HS, 9-11 years of relevant experience; BS, 3-5 years; MS, 0-3 One of the following DoD 8570/CS-NET-451 certificationsisrequired: Security+ CE SSCP CySA+ GSEC DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate MCSA / MCSE RHCSA / RHCE Linux+ VMware VCP Nutanix NCP Azure Administrator (AZ-104) AWSSysOpsAdministrator CASP+ CISSP SCAP / STIG implementation training ACAS / Nessus experience ITIL4 Foundation HDI certifications Overview We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Systems Administrator maintainssmooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. WAGE INFORMATION Target salary range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
