Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a range of professionals, including nurses, psychologists, and other social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the psychological and social needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic interviews, tailoring interventions to individuals’ specific situations, whether working through trauma, chronic illness, or life transitions.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the most effective outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mental health services, assisting them in navigating available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
