Descripción del empleo Objetivo del puesto: Responsable de administrar eficientemente las operaciones logísticas de AguP (Bosch Aguascalientes) Responsabilidades Específicas Principales: Seguridad en almacenes y áreas logísticas Nivel de servicio al cliente (OE/AA/OES) Costo Logístico Inventarios (TCT / Valor) Tiempo extra (LOM, LOW) IDC por temas logísticos CPM (por temas logísticos) Promover la seguridad, salud y protección del medio ambiente de acuerdo a la norma ISO 140001/ISO 45001 y Normas aplicables. Tareas Específicas Diaria de producción. Leader team AguP (semanal y mensual). OPM Leader team NA, (semanal y mensual). Mensual CC/LOG (CC/LO Alemania). Miembro del comité de Logística Norte America (LCNA). MRB Gerencial. Semanal staff LOG. Semanal de seguridad. Problem Solving Mensual TMM (technical monthly meeting). Responsable por el cumplimiento de los KPI’s asignados a Logística AguP. Responsable de proyectos de mejora en operaciones logísticas. Responsable de actividades de BPyy / CFx / asi como reporteo de desviaciones. Responsable de cumplimiento de fechas de planes de acción, GPD’s, OPL’s del Management review, etc. Escalacion oportuna de temas de proveedores, según matriz de escalamiento CP. Conocer los objetivos ambientales, de seguridad y salud ocupacional de su área y de planta. Conocer los aspectos ambientales asociados a su lugar de trabajo, así como los controles operacionales establecidos para estos, así como los peligros y riesgos en sus actividades de trabajo. *Decía riesgos y oportunidades. Conocer la política de Seguridad, Salud ocupacional y Medio Ambiente. Identificar al líder de los Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo y Ambiental. Conocer el plan de respuesta ante emergencias y llevarlo a cabo cuando sea necesario. Participar en las capacitaciones de Seguridad, Salud ocupacional y medio ambiente que correspondan de acuerdo con su puesto en la empresa. Cumplimiento de las normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente establecidas en la empresa. Reporte oportuno de actos o condiciones inseguros. Requisitos Perfil del Puesto: a) Nivel Mínimo de Estudios: Lic. en Logística, Ingeniería b) Especialidad: Industrial o afín, deseable posgrado. c) Inglés: Avanzado d) Años de experiencia: 7 + Habilidades, Experiencia y Conocimiento: Manejo de áreas Logísticas (Logística Física y Planeación, Trafico, Comercio exterior, manejo de almacenes). Portales y directrices de clientes OE (Ford, FCA, GM, Honda, Nissan, etc..) Describa las principales habilidades, experiencia y conocimientos necesarios para poder desempeñarse en esta posición. Sea específico describiendo las actividades esenciales que desarrolló, nivel de experiencia requerido, competencia, supervisión o cualquier otro requerimiento para la posición.
