Keep current with economic research, CPI/Wage indices, and discount‑rate guidance. Adhere to industry standards and LCPMD internal quality protocols. Represent LCPMD professionally across stakeholder interactions Maintain credentialing and fulfill continuing education requirements Ensure punctual delivery of evaluative work and expert testimony Provide deposition and trial testimony, including occasional in‑person appearances when required.
