Senior Quality Manager- District Services

Position Overview Senior Quality Manager supporting Cencora's third‑party logistics service (ICS) in the United States. Reports to the Senior Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs and leads quality assurance/control for all Cencora 3PL distribution centers. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction for Quality Assurance/Control efforts at IC Louisville Distribution Centers. Plan and implement actions to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015, cGMP registration, and regulatory/validation requirements. Develop and champion continuous improvement initiatives across all IC DCs. Train and manage quality staff to implement and maintain quality initiatives and continuous improvement. Offer guidance to Operations on quality matters. Maintain relationships with regulatory and client/customer quality organizations. Create and uphold effective audit programs for all IC DCs. Oversee client audits, corrective actions, quality indicators, and root‑cause analysis. Manage the BU Location’s Quality Management System (QMS), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor, verify, and maintain all required licenses and registrations. Act as primary liaison between BU location and regulatory agencies. Assist with inspections, investigations, and information requests. Conduct required Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Regulatory Assessments. Review and approve documents governing DC and QMS activities; serve as final quality review before publication. Communicate facility performance data to the QA Lead Team and provide inputs for bi‑annual management reviews. Manage the process audit program in the DCs. Attend quality hosted meetings (CI Steering Committee, bi‑annual management reviews, weekly NC/CI meetings). Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer science or a related field. Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience, including at least four (4) years at a managerial level. Completion of an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification such as CQMgr, CQE, or CQA (multiple certifications preferred). Skills & Knowledge Detailed understanding of warehouse operations and automated warehouse operating systems. Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance matters. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong presentation abilities. Ability to train, motivate, and direct others. Effective meeting planning and execution. Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
