Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working within school settings is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and professional development
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads and adapt interventions for diverse needs

Core responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in both individual and group formats
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for assessments, progress, and meetings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the IEP process by providing input and reporting progress
• Offer support and training to school staff as needed to foster an inclusive environment
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging strategies in speech-language pathology
