We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologists to become part of a highly collaborative, physician-led practice dedicated to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Position Highlights Broad and diverse surgical case mix across multiple specialties Team-based care model working alongside anesthesiology residents, CAAs, and CRNAs Combination of medically directing and personally performing cases State-of-the-art operating rooms and perioperative technology Strong institutional support and collaborative physician leadership Exposure to complex surgical patients, including pre-heart and pre-liver transplant patients undergoing non-transplant procedures No pediatrics No obstetrics No trauma Call Structure Approximately four first-call shifts per month from home One weekend of call per month Post-call day off to support work-life balance Why Join Cleveland Clinic Florida?
