Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, setting clear, attainable goals and interventions tailored to each student's specific needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring that students receive immediate support during challenging times.

• Collaborate with school personnel, including counselors, teachers, and administration, to promote integrated care for students and enhance their educational experience.

• Participate in regular case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to align treatment approaches and share insights.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure all student records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups that equip students and families with coping strategies and promote mental wellness.

Qualifications\n
