Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required.

Assignment Details

• Coverage area includes Norwood, Walpole, Sharon, Franklin, Wrentham, Bellingham, and stretches into Medway, Millis, Medfield, and Milford.
