Assistant General Manager – High-Volume Restaurant

$60,000–$65,000 + Strong Benefits

We're working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the North Charleston area that is looking to bring on a strong Assistant General Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a stable, nationally recognized concept.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the General Manager in daily operations
Lead, coach, and develop a large hourly team
Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
Help manage labor, food cost, and overall profitability
Ensure smooth, efficient shifts in a high-volume setting

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience
Experience in high-volume environments helpful
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
