Care/Compounding PharmacistMixlab, the fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, is hiring a Care/Compounding Pharmacist who is equally at home on the phone with a veterinarian and at the compounding bench. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with quality, passionate about personalized care for pets and their people, and driven to #MakeItHappen for our furry (and scaly!) friends no matter what.This is a hybrid role. You will split your time between our Care team, supporting veterinarians and pet parents remotely, and one of our compounding labs, where you will compound, verify, and supervise in person. You will help make Mixlab a 100% dependable resource for customers and veterinarians alike, and you will be a bridge between the clinical questions customers ask and the lab that answers themTime split: Approximately 40% Care/Remote and 60% Lab, adjusted to business needsLocation and Schedule:You will work in person at your home lab an average of 3 days per week. Remaining days are worked remotely on Care.In-person days are scheduled in advance with your lab and Care leadership based on lab volume and coverage needs.
