Engages clients and families to determine physical health status. Formulates and implements an effective nursing care plan understanding psychiatric illness and its treatment as appropriate for Scope of Practice. Demonstrates an understanding of age-related development and other issues for the population(s).Division & Program Overview:Facility & Setting:16-bed residential facility offering a short-term, home-like environment.24/7 intensive treatment is designed as an alternative to hospitalization or urgent care.Clinical Services: Comprehensive physical/psychological evaluations, mental health counseling, and case management.Skills & Transition: Life-skills and interpersonal training, paired with dedicated assistance for locating permanent housing.
