Contract RecruiterLHH is looking for a Contract Recruiter for one of our clients, Business Services company here in NYC. This person must have "full cycle" experience including sourcing, screening, and meeting candidates. This 100% on-site position will be part of a four-person HR team and work on approximately 50 positions alongside the group. This position will compensate between $40-50/hr.In this job you will:Source resumes proactively and respond to applicantsAssist with creating job postingsUpdate job listings, keep candidates informed of status, assist with complianceSchedule interviews with Hiring ManagersMeet, interview, and evaluate a variety of applicantsTo be considered for this position you must:Have at least four years' experience in Talent AcquisitionBachelor's DegreeExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordSuperb written and oral communication skillsPay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hourSearch managed by: Matthew DomanBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
