Inventory Specialist

About the Role Copart, Inc. is the premier online vehicle auction platform. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventorying all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. The role includes documenting vehicle condition with photographs, directing receiving area traffic, and facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs. The specialist will monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area, and use a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles. Responsibilities Determine operational capability of motor vehicles Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles Maintain inventory of all materials used Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Ability to work outdoors in all seasons General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Driver's license preferred Bilingual skill a plus Compensation and Benefits Pay : $18.00 – $20.29 per hour.
