Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Full-time position available with the General Services Department, Information Technology Division Pay Range: $5,910–$9,010 per month Work Location: 1111 Locust St. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. *Telework schedule available after 6-month probationary period completed Application Deadline: July 20, 2026 Responsibilities Support and maintain City enterprise applications including capital project management, fleet management, and financial systems so City teams can do their jobs without disruption. Lead software updates, testing, and user training to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and easy to use. Manage user access and permissions to protect sensitive data while ensuring employees have the tools they need. Test new configurations and system updates to catch issues early and maintain high software quality. Create and maintain clear system documentation so applications are well-understood, supported, and sustainable over time. Resolve application issues through the enterprise ticketing system while working closely with IT teammates and third-party vendors. What success looks like IT support requests are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. End users clearly understand solutions, next steps, and system changes. Application documentation is current, organized, and easy to follow. Updates and changes are tested thoroughly before release. Communication with IT colleagues and leadership is timely, clear, and respectful. Qualifications REQUIRES: An accredited Bachelor's degree and 4 years of technology experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and technology experience.
