This vital role supports the food & beverage operation by ensuring efficient product flow, accurate inventory management, and smooth event execution. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for administrative duties including purchase order creation, inventory tracking, and POS reporting, while managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining product ordering efficiency to reduce waste, control costs, and ensure all operational needs are met ahead of each event.This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$27.00.Benefits for full-time roles: Health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain open until July 18, 2025.About the VenueSubaru Park, located in Chester, PA, is the proud home of the Philadelphia Union, the city's Major League Soccer (MLS) team. As a premier sports and entertainment venue, Subaru Park hosts the Union's home games and various other events throughout the year. The MLS season begins in March and runs through October/November.Working at Subaru Park provides a unique opportunity to be part of the action and support the Philadelphia Union, all while delivering exceptional service to fans in the vibrant, energetic atmosphere of the stadium.ResponsibilitiesManage receiving, organization, and distribution of food, beverage, and supply products across all stadium locationsEnsure timely, accurate product delivery based on event orders and operational requirementsCreate, process, and track purchase orders for all incoming supplies and goodsMaintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock rotation and cycle countsMonitor and log all product movement, addressing shortages, overages, or discrepanciesSupervise labeling, dating, and safe storage of all products upon deliveryReconcile inventory data with point-of-sale (POS) reports to support forecasting and minimize wasteAssist with generating and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reportsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse that complies with sanitation and safety standardsPerform and oversee maintenance of warehouse and concession equipment, including refrigeration, lighting, carts, and burden carriersServe as opening or closing manager for warehouse operations during event daysLead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution of duties and team accountabilityProvide clear direction to team members for event prep, requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, and equipment storageFoster a positive, team-oriented work environment while enforcing performance expectations and company standardsEvaluate employee performance and maintain staff documentation including reviews, training records, and disciplinary actionsCollaborate closely with concessions, catering, and culinary services teams to ensure event readiness and smooth operationsBe available to work all scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAssist Finance Manager with accounts receivable/payable, sales documentation, and other reporting duties as neededConduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure all storage and commissary areas are clean, secure, and ready for next useQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice, hospitality, or warehouse leadership; stadium/venue experience preferredDemonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in inventory systems, purchase order processes, and POS reporting toolsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsComfortable working in all weather conditions and warehouse environmentsStrengthened by Our Differences.
