- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools
- Experience in all aspects of gas plumbing
- Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings
- Perform maintenance of water supply systems
- Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
- Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience-If you are a last year apprentice and have been doing SERVICE plumbing for at least three years
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record--THIS IS MANDATORY. OUR INSURANCE WILL NOT ACCEPT RECORDS WITH MANY CITATIONS, SUSPENSIONS, ETC
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
- Capable of using a work phone or tablet to for service call workorders, in field documentation for work orders, etc.
- Able to work hours passed the 8 hour work day due to emergency service calls that may come in or calls that may take a longer than expected
- On call rotation with other plumbers. You will be compensated when you are on call
