Do you have 1 year of RECENT Call Center Experience? Are you completely comfortable with $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis? Are you able to work 1st shift Monday through Friday? Potential Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday Training: 7am-3:30pm PST Regular Schedule: 6am-3pm PST Qualifications: -Must have a HS diploma or GED -1 year of RECENT call center experience -Computer literate -Verbal and written communication skills -Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM education: High School Responsibilities Responsibilities: -Interact with customers via telephone to provide information -Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services -Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues -Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken -Maintain the highest level of customer service The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills RECENT Call Center Experience (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
