Our diverse portfolio of products is guided by the principles of sustainable development and green logistics. Position: FIELD SALES SPECIALIST (Hunter) Location: New York/Philadelphia/Boston (preferred NY) Scope of Responsibilities: Main task – acquiring new clients and further developing business relationships in the areas of sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, rail freight and road transport. Responsibilities include: Conducting market research and identifying potential clients Analyzing customer needs and preparing tailored offers Leading commercial negotiations Preparing transport service quotations Ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients Collaborating with the tender department in preparing offers Maintaining regular communication with the operations team Actively participating in industry events Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in sea freight (FCL/LCL); experience in air, rail or intermodal transport sales will be a strong advantage Proficient in English, enabling effective communication (knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Client-focused with solid negotiation abilities Persistence and determination in achieving goals We offer: All the tools you need to succeed, including a laptop, smartphone and corporate SIM card; Regular team-building events An extra vacation day to celebrate your birthday; Opportunities for career growth within a mid-sized company that is building its ocean freight division while already having a strong international network A dynamic team that supports you in defining and achieving your professional goals A dedicated mentor to guide you through the onboarding process Holiday gifts for all children of our Astra family #J-18808-Ljbffr
