Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individual and group to meet IEP goals Work closely with educators and staff to support student needs within the classroom Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the IEP process Provide guidance and resources to families to foster student progress beyond the school environment Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training opportunities as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued Required Skills Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
