Project Accountant III

Triangle DeCon Services Inc., a boutique full-service real estate advisory firm, is seeking a detail-oriented project accountant to join our vibrant team in Monterey Park, CA. We specialize in project development and construction management, delivering exceptional value to private developers and public organizations across Southern California. Our team is known for its professionalism, customer-centric approach, and multilingual capabilities.

As a part of our team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in financial operations and invoice processing. You'll collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve payment discrepancies, ensuring smooth financial transactions. This is a full-time permanent position offering opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an invoice processing expert for bond program team members.
Review and process invoices according to standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with team members on cost and invoice matters.
Prepare and review vendor files for payments.
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
Assist in general contractor's payment analysis.
Reconcile financial accounts and escrow bank statements.
Communicate with construction and professional service vendors.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency with business enterprise software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferences

College certificate or Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
Experience in the construction industry.
