CHIEF STAFF OFFICER

Summary You will serve as CHIEF STAFF OFFICER of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC. Responsibilities You will manage a full range of operational and administrative management services essential to the direction and operation of major Naval command. You will be directly responsible for the overall coordination of day-to-day matters within the organization. You will direct, coordinate, or oversee work of subordinate supervisors and managers. You will provide executive guidance to multi-year and longer-range work plans. You will approve the allocation and distribution of funds in the organizations budget. You will establish program objectives and long-range plans to ensure the wing work force is kept at appropriate readiness levels. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing operational and administrative services by evaluating program data to develop recommendations for policy changes, resource allocation, and budget distribution to improve the efficiency of administrative operations for an organization.
