This individual will handle a wide range of administrative support for operations manager.

Responsibilities / Duties:

· Prepare and edit all communications electronic communications such as emails, faxes, and phone calls on behalf of operations manager

· Act as a liaison between operations manager and employees and other departments

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· Ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment

· Expert level written and verbal communication skills; ability to create professional emails.

· Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

· Ability to make effective judgement calls

· High attention to detail

· Advanced proficiency of Excel, Outlook & Word

· Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
