Principal Financial Analyst

Overview The Manufacturing Operations Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Finance Analyst. In this role your main responsibility would be supporting Effectors (Tucson, AZ) Factories. This role is responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables including Touch and Support manpower, HPU performance, Overhead budget expenditures and more. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the Factory Operations Leadership Team via critical analysis. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi‑functional stakeholder environments. You will also prioritize resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team. Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables, including Touch and Support manpower, HPU performance, and overhead budget expenditures. Construct and execute change‑management protocols that generate value to the Factory Operations Leadership Team via critical analysis. Drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience with SAP, PRISM, BW (AO Queries). Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills. Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area. Broad knowledge of a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization. Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
