Assist in the preparation of regular financial data for departmental units. Generate reports on departmental expenses and revenues. Assist in preparing financial forecasts by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and making projections to support budgeting decisions. Assist with financial forecasting and the reconciliation of internal accounts.Accurately record and store financial information. Assist with completing all necessary financial reporting for the Athletics Department, including the Federal EADA Report, NCAA/AUP Report, NCAA Bowl Report, and UBIT. Serve as one of the points of contact during external audits. Assist in coordinating programs and projects under the guidance of leadership or departmental unit leaders. Budget accountability.
