What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored) to patients of all ages
• Monitor and manage anesthesia during procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management
• Document anesthesia care accurately in patient records
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and staff
• Travel may be required to other outpatient sites as needed

What You Need

• Active Michigan State RN and CRNA certification
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications required
• Prior anesthesia experience in outpatient settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
