Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team as Core Faculty for the Family Medicine residency program at our Newark, NJ location.

Established in 1984 through a continuity-of-care initiative, our facility serves as a vital health resource in Newark, providing extensive primary care services to communities in need. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to engage in impactful clinical practice while also offering academic mentorship in an urban environment.

About This Role

As a Core Faculty member, you will be instrumental in guiding the future of medicine. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Supervision: Mentoring residents in various aspects of Family Medicine, encompassing inpatient and outpatient care, women's health, obstetrics, sports medicine, geriatrics, and sleep medicine.

• Academic Development: Assisting in the creation of the residency curriculum, delivering educational lectures, and introducing innovative programs.

• Collaborative Environment: Partnering with a diverse group of full-time internists, pediatricians, and specialized nursing staff.

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

The expected minimum salary range for this position is between $224,000 and $359,000.

The final compensation offered will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
