Talent Acquisition Coordinator

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting recruiting processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. This role manages a variety of administrative and operational activities including interview scheduling, offer letter creation, background and drug screening processing, requisition closing activities, ATS data management, and hiring event coordination. The coordinator also supports talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects, helping drive scalability and operational excellence across the recruiting function. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.


This is a hybrid 5-month contract position with a pay range of $22- $25/hr. Please apply if you're interested!

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years' experience talent acquisition admin support
Excellent communication skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with application tracking system (ATS)
