- \n
- 1–3+ years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or L1 Technical Support . \n
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows desktops and laptops. \n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office applications . \n
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user/account administration. \n
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and general network troubleshooting. \n
- Experience working with an IT ticketing or ITSM platform. \n
- Good understanding of hardware, peripherals, printers, and desktop configurations. \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a support team. \n
- Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY . \n
