Development - Sr. SalesForce Developer

We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Development – Sr. SalesForce Developer.Location: McLean, VA.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations to ensure performance, scalability, and security.Create and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and automation tools.Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of code using CI/CD practices.Provide technical documentation and support for end-users and administrators.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2 years preferred).Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft).Familiarity with Salesforce security, data management, and governance best practices.Salesforce Developer certification(s) (Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado).Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong understanding of CRM processes and business workflows.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
