Job Description
The YMCA of the Palm Beaches is expanding its philanthropy team and seeking a dynamic and accomplished fundraising leader to serve as our Chief Philanthropy Officer.
\nReporting directly to the President & CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will lead the YMCA's philanthropic strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic initiatives and priorities. High-level competencies should include the following:

- Proven strength in developing, leading, and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies \n
- Success raising seven figure gifts (eight figure gifts a plus) \n
- Experience leading capital and/or comprehensive campaigns \n
- Planned giving expertise \n
- Expert relationship-building skills \n
- Track record of taking principal and major donors from identification through solicitation \n
- Experience tracking and using data analysis to build fundraising strategy \n
- Creative, personal, and effective stewardship strategies for principal and major donors \n
- Successful team management and leadership experience \n
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree required; CFRE and/or CFRM required. \n
- 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience \n
- Demonstrated success securing major and principal gifts \n
- Proven experience leading comprehensive fundraising initiatives and capital campaigns \n
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with donors, volunteers, board members, and community leaders \n
salary: $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
