You'll build your pipeline from the ground up, own every client relationship, and earn uncapped monthly commission on top of a strong base salary.

THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

You’ll spend most of your time in the field, roughly 90%, meeting property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, insurance contacts, and other key prospects across your territory. Your job is to build real relationships, become the go-to environmental testing expert in your market, and close business. Own and grow your territory through daily face-to-face outreach Generate new business through office visits, job site drop-ins, industry events, and trade shows Build long-term relationships with potential clients Run the full sales cycle - qualify, propose, negotiate, and close Serve clients as a trusted advisor for environmental testing: asbestos, mold, lead, bacteria, and more Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within your existing accounts Keep your pipeline tight and organized in CRM
