Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities Lead HR strategy and execution, focusing on organizational development, workforce planning, and building leadership capability across the site. Act as a trusted business partner to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals and driving measurable business impact. Manage labor relations in a union environment, including contract administration, grievance handling, and fostering positive employee relations. Oversee the full talent lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention strategies. Drive and support performance management, learning initiatives, and compensation/benefits programs to grow and engage employees. Ensure compliance with all employment, labor, and safety regulations, while upholding company policies and standards. Champion a strong culture by promoting employee engagement, employer branding, and a proactive, values-driven workplace. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proven leadership experience with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence decision-making at all levels. Hands-on labor relations experience within a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment. Solid knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and safety regulations. Experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning in a competitive labor market.
