Schedule: 3/10 Schedule | Second Shift
Pay Rate: $53.19 per hour

What You'll Do

As a member of the manufacturing team, you will:

• Set up and operate horizontal, vertical, and multi-axis numerical control (CNC) machines.
• Perform precision machining operations including:
  • Compound angle and contour machining
  • Helical and spiral milling
  • Boring compound angular holes
  • Gear, spline, and keyway cutting
  • Serrating and specialty machining processes
• Select, mount, align, and adjust machine attachments and tooling.
• Determine machining sequences, cutting methods, feeds, and speeds to meet exact specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, and technical requirements.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, torque tools, and inspection gauges to verify quality and accuracy.
• Monitor automated systems, robotic manufacturing equipment, and computer-controlled interfaces.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and support statistical process control activities.
• Maintain documentation including machine performance reports, downtime logs, and maintenance records.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of additional education and/or related machining experience.
• Experience with robotics and CNC machining operations.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including:
  • Micrometers
  • Preset torque tools
  • Reference inspection gauges
  • Dial indicators
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work a 3/10 schedule on second shift .

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Formal CNC Machining Certificate.
• Experience working in aerospace, aviation, or other precision manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with advanced machining techniques and high-tolerance production requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a quality-driven, safety-focused manufacturing setting.

Pay Details: $53.19 to $73.46 per hour
