What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality primary care to psychiatric patients ages 10 through elderly in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions
• Manage medication administration and treatment follow-ups
• Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being during hospital stays
• Engage in patient education and support to optimize health outcomes

What You Need

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult and adolescent populations
• Ability to practice independently in Massachusetts
• Valid driver's license and local residency (candidate must be local and able to commute)
• Experience in mental health or inpatient care preferred

• Credentialed or previously credentialed at Leonard Campus
• Experience working with psychiatric or inpatient populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
