Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management industry, is seeking a Data Center Hardware Technician I to join their team. As a Data Center Hardware Technician I, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Data Center Support Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Location: Florence, KY

Pay Range: $26 per hour

What's the Job?

• Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs
• Record test results accurately in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed
• Load and unload shipments, transporting parts between different locations
• Diagnose hardware and network issues followed by physical repairs
• Scheduled: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST or 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM EST

What's Needed?

• Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving in technical environments
• Basic to intermediate system administration skills
• Ability to follow well-defined workflows or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift and handle materials and equipment safely
