R&D Lab Technician - Hands-On Chemist Support (In-Person)

Job Juncture

Job Juncture seeks a hands‑on lab technician to support new product development in a modern R&D lab in Wilmington, DE. You will work under chemists, performing test methods, data collection, and documentation while maintaining a well‑organized facility. As part of a small R&D team, you’ll participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and ensure QA/QC standards are met.
