Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver direct patient care for ICU-appropriate populations.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status; adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Perform and supervise procedures appropriate to an ICU patient, including monitoring devices and critical care interventions.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and all members of the multidisciplinary team; advocate for patient safety and comfort.
- Ensure adherence to unit standards of care and safety guidelines; participate in quality-improvement activities and adapt to evolving systems.

Requirements
- ICU nursing experience or demonstrated ICU competencies in an acute-care setting
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule (3 days per week; ~36 hours)
- Availability for a travel assignment of approximately 13 weeks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to changing clinical systems
