Job Description

Licensed Oklahoma medical cannabis nursery looking for a dependable, hardworking Farm Helper / Transporter to join our team. This role blends hands-on nursery work with secure transport of plants and supplies. If you take pride in showing up, working hard, and handling product responsibly, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assist with daily nursery tasks (planting, watering, transplanting, loading, unloading, general upkeep)
Safely transport plants, clones/seedlings, equipment, and supplies in compliance with state tracking requirements
Handle multiple tasks throughout the day and adjust to changing priorities
Keep work areas, inventory, and vehicles clean, organized, and compliant
Follow all safety and compliance procedures reliably

We're Looking For

Must be 21+
Must hold or be able to obtain an OMMA employee credential
Able to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling several tasks at once
Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
Prior nursery, agriculture, or cannabis experience a plus — willing to train the right person
