Senior HRBP: Strategy, Talent & Leadership Growth

Skechers is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals in a fast-moving consumer environment. The role is a senior partner to corporate leaders, driving talent planning, organizational design, and workforce analytics using Workday and advanced Excel.
This hybrid role requires credibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decisions that move the business forward. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA and SHRM-SCP/SPHR are preferred.
