Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
Position Type: Full-Time
Position SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team here at Fit2Run! The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common office software
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be available to work holidays
- Must be willing to work extended hours as business needs require
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude while assisting customers
